Who We Are

Health Claims Resolutions was formed by Mary Lavery, a registered nurse with more than twenty years of clinical experience.  Ms. Lavery earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan and a Master of Jurisprudence in Health Law from Loyola Law School. This Masters in Health Law is a key differentiator and a significant asset in achieving results for her clients. 

Ms. Lavery’s experience includes five years with the Illinois Attorney General’s Office, Health Care Bureau.   There, she supervised the mediation department, advocating for consumers who had contacted the Bureau with insurance disputes. 

Ms. Lavery is a member of the Alliance of Claims Assistance Professionals. Health Claims offers a vast amount of knowledge and experience in the fields of health insurance claims, medical billing, and health law.
